The gesture based controls of the Wii are well used here. There are about 10 weapons and some gadgets to choose from. If you are new to the series, you will still enjoy it. The challenge is to use the right weapons.

You can practice shots in this game. The futuristic weapons include guided frags and atom packs. This is one game that is best enjoyed with good company. Up to four players can play at a time and you need only one Wii Remote since you play in turns.

The mission based single player mode in this series is quite unique. In the story mode you travel six planets and complete missions. You unlock a minigame as you play through each of the six planets. You need to beat this before progressing.
