Super Paper Mario For The Nintendo Wii Game Review

Super Paper Mario is available for the Wii at a price of $49.99. This game was originally meant for Gamecube, but luckily for Wii owners it is now on the Wii. This game is a mix of role play and platforming. The story in creatively built, with great gameplay and eccentric characters delivering humorous dialogues. This would rate as one of the best Wii Games in my book.

The villain of this plot is Count Bleck who is on a mission to destroy all worlds. Mario is transported to an interdimensional town of Flipside amidst a lot of ruckus. Mario has to stop the destruction of all worlds by collecting four “pure hearts” and forming the purity heart. He sets about going through worlds from interdimensional doors. The game is comprised of chapters that are broken up in four parts. The last part is a boss fight.

As usual the characters are colorful, some old and some new. The sense of humor is vintage Mario. Mario has four members in his party that you can switch between. In addition he gains various abilities as he progresses like flipping 2D worlds into 3D. The other members of your party are Princess Peach, Bowser and Luigi. You also get help from pixls.

With the Wii’s simple control scheme, it is easy to move around. In addition to the core game, there are many side quests. This is overall a solid entertainer. High on graphics, though a little low on audio. This game is worth the money and time for the sheer entertainment it gives much like most other Mario games. Recommended.
