Rayman Raving Rabbids 2 for The Nintendo Wii Game Review
Rayman Raving Rabbids 2 is available for play on the Nintendo Wii through UBI Soft at a price of $46.99 on Amazon. Last years Rayman offering was quite unpredictable. The game owed its success to its slapstick humor and the great Wii Motion control use. The new offering is on shelves now and is much more predictable.
There are many minigames, some familiar and some different. The games are not as enjoyable as the first offering of Rayman Raving Rabbids. The humor is not as good either. The good thing about this game is the long treks to each minigame are gone.
Some of the mingames are great but overall it is not a great selection. Some games rely on multiplayer mode. The race minigames are decent as are the balancing ones. Some of the others are downright awkward. There are more boring games than enjoyable ones and this a bummer.
In the sequel the musical and shooting games are back with a different ambience. The shooter missions are very different from the original game. There is a fair bit of customization you can do with this game.
I would not describe Rayman Raving Rabbids 2 as a bad game but it is not the most enjoyable one out there either. Rent it, rather than buy it is our suggestion.
