Legend Of Zelda Twilight Princess For The Nintendo Wii Game Review

When The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Released in 1998, it was one of the greatest breakthrough games of all time. The controls were innovative and there was a unique freedom experienced in that game. This is the same feeling you experience in Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.

This lengthy adventure is complete with well designed puzzles and interesting characterization. The only thing I regretted was that the game is so similar to the other Zelda games. But it is still very entertaining.

The story is about a world that is near destruction and a princess called Zelda. You get to play Link a humble village boy who gets involved in a conflict involving alternate realities. At twilight you morph into a blue eyed wolf.

In the early game, you go into the game’s overworld and also outdoors trying to rid the land of darkness. New items can be collected from temples and dungeons. There are bosses to fight and puzzles to solve in this one.

I liked the puzzles – pretty logical. For the boss fights you need to use more than just sword and shield. You get to fight giant monsters. Midna is a helper who give advice about how to fight.

The pace of this game is fast although the textures are low res and the game is a little immature – T rated. The symphony music is fantastic though. Once again although much evolution hasn’t happened in this game, the puzzles characters and compelling story are sure to entertain. Recommended.
