Ghost Squad For The Nintendo Wii Game Review

Ghost Squad is produced by Sega of America, Inc. for the Nintendo Wii. It is available on Amazon for a price of $29.99 on Amazon. It is based on a 2004 arcade shooter and takes advantage of the Wii Zapper peripheral.

You get to put yourself in the shoes of an elite soldier who is on an antiterrorist mission. You get to be the hero while you free hostages, free a military kidnappee and rescue the president himself. You can play in a number of ways although the final boss battle decides your success or failure.

There are important choices to be made at certain points in the game. There are unlockable extras – weapons and outfits and modes for four players. The machine gun used the first time Ghost Squad is played is easy to use, there are other weapons like shotguns, rifles and laser sighted pistols.

The outfits are not that essential to the outcome of the game although they are amusing.  This new version can support four players as opposed to two. There are also online leaderboards in this version of Ghost Squad. This is definitely an enjoyable way to spend your time.
